A power outage struck a wide area of San Francisco on Friday, blacking out about 90,000 utility customers, snarling tra. By 4.30pm local time, PG&E said it had restored power to all but 3,000 customers. McDonald can be seen running over to the scene, and without stopping, viciously kicking Hollins' face.
