As Idol's latest victor, Maddie will receive a recording contract with Hollywood Records and the opportunity to sing at the Hollywood Bowl this week as well as the Radio Disney Music Awards.

Before she was named the champion in the rebooted singing competition, runner-up Caleb Lee Hutchinson announced that he and Poppe were an item.

It was revealed that the final pair of contestants, Caleb Lee Hutchinson and Maddie Poppe, are dating. However, he also said that he just had to convince her. Just to have actually been named the victor of the show is incredible because I was myself.
