Taylor Swift surprises 8-year-old burns victim who uses star's music to help her through painful recovery

The "Delicate" singer spent time with a special 8-year-old fan at the Arizona Burn Center in Phoenix on Saturday.

According to her mother, Lilly McCune, her daughter finds hope and comfort in Swift's songs, often listening to them while doctors change the dressing on her wounds. Lilly also revealed that the singer brought along her parents on her hospital visit, and invited Isabella to attend any of Taylor's tour dates once she was better.

'I heard you were here, and I wanted to visit you but maybe you can come and visit me, ' Isabella said. Taylor Swift can often be found interacting with her Swifties on social media, showing up at their house with gifts in tow, taking the time to get to know them, and one time she helped a homeless pregnant fan by buying her a home.

Accompanying Swift were her parents, Scott and Andrea: "They were the sweetest people, and it meant so much to my husband and me as parents", Lilly McCune, Isabella's mother, told People. Taylor also posed with Isabella and her family for some pictures, but Isabella says her favorite moment during the 30 minute visit was getting a hug from Taylor. I knew it meant a lot to Isabella'.

'She was so shocked! "I was speechless. I didn't really say anything", said McCune in an exclusive interview with 12 news.

The 28-year-old took her own parents on the trip too.

Isabella was gobsmacked when Taylor appeared in front of her.

McCune had plans to attend Swift's "Reputation" tour when it stopped in Arizona, but when a fire broke out during a St. Patrick's Day party, she suffered burns that left her hospitalized for the past month and a half.
