Eniko Parrish Accepts Kevin Hart's Apology in Alleged Extortion Scandal

Kevin Hart extortion update: Woman in video has been identified, allegedly works as traveling stripper

"I am not an extortionist", she said.

A representative for Hart later released a statement for clarification, "Someone tried to set Kevin up in a failed extortion attempt".

According to Bloom, the "actress and model" was "briefly involved with Kevin Hart a month ago".

Bloom clarified that her client was not trying to get money out of Hart.

"Montia and I are not asking for a cent from Kevin Hart".

Hart, 38, confessed up to a "bad error of judgment" in an emotional Instagram post Saturday night.

Montia Sabbag, who describes herself as an aspiring actress and model, has hired Lisa Bloom to legally represent her. Bloom is now representing Blac Chyna in her case against Rob Kardashian.

Some new photos appeared showing Kevin Hart pretty close to another woman in a Las Vegas club, and they were reportedly taken just a few hours before he was allegedly filmed in a sexually suggestive video.

Bloom said her client is not demanding money from Kevin, whom she says is also a victim.

"It is a crime to secretly put cameras in a private place like a hotel room".

Earlier this summer, a video emerged of Hart looking cozy with a brunette in the back of a vehicle, but he laughed off any suggestions of infidelity in an Instagram post.

Radar previously reported that Sabbag and Hart were caught in a tryst during a trip to Las Vegas in August. "I'm not flawless and I'm not gonna sit up here and say that I am, or claim to be in any way shape or form. Any reports to the contrary are false", Bloom said. But I'm also not going to allow a person to have financial gain off of my mistakes and in this particular situation that was what was attempted.

Hart and ex-wife Torrei Hart have two children, daughter Heaven, 12, and Son Hendrix, 9.

Though there have been reports that Hart split from his wife, his pregnant spouse Eniko has been seen wearing her wedding ring.
