Fair play: McGregor demands worldwide judge for Mayweather fight

The truth behind Conor McGregor vs Paulie Malignaggi sparring as camp insider lifts lid on training row

Videos of Conor McGregor's disputed sparring sessions with Paulie Malignaggi have finally been released.

Malignaggi had been in McGregor's camp to help the UFC lightweight champion prepare for his August 26 fight against Floyd Mayweather Jr., but he abruptly left after photos leaked of the Irishman knocking him down during a sparring session on August 1.

Photos of the leak and the characterization of Malignaggi being knocked down caused the New Yorker Malignaggi to storm out of McGregor's training camp, calling McGregor a "scumbag" as he asked for the full length sparring session to be released.

UFC president Dana White has unveiled a video proving what really happened in the fallout between Conor McGregor and sparring partner Paulie Malignaggi.

"I don't see him (McGregor) outpointing Floyd in a boxing match", he said.

Malignaggi, who retired from boxing five months ago, walked out earlier this month after he said McGregor disrespected him in the ring and the dressing room and housed him and the other sparring partners in accommodations resembling a "crackhouse".

Looks like Floyd Mayweather Jr. was serious when he said he was willing to let Conor McGregor wear eight-ounce gloves when they fight.

McGregor knocked out Aldo in just 13 seconds.

He added: "The spars were not good for him".

The 29-year-old Irishman, who has never boxed professionally, told reporters at the UFC Performance Institute in Las Vegas on Friday that his sole concern was getting the win, and that the cash was a secondary issue. Multiple times the ropes kept him on his feet. He was certainly badly concussed. "So wherever there's a fight, you'll see me". He got his ass whupped, he got his pride dented and then he wanted a way out.

"I've put up 2 slowmo replays I can't show more than that", Malignaggi tweeted. There are certain levels you don't stoop to and certain levels you just don't go to.

BOXING CLEVER When is Conor McGregor vs Floyd Mayweather? "It doesn't matter. McGregor, he's gonna come out and he's gonna keep switching, keep switching". "Whether you was orthodox or southpaw, I was undefeated against you".
