Long Island police department swears they don't tolerate 'roughing up of prisoners'

Much like the Boys Scouts, who had to apologize and distance themselves from Donald Trump after the president gave a freaky speech to them this week, the Suffolk County Police Department has come out against Trump's talk on Friday.

Trump said his administration is removing these gang members from the USA, but added: "We'd like to get them out a lot faster and when you see... these thugs being thrown into the back of the paddy wagon, you just see them thrown in, rough, I said, 'Please don't be too nice'".

Some individual police departments also issued statements rejecting Trump's advice, as did civil liberties advocates. One part of Mr. Trump's message, in particular, is causing a Social Media meltdown; the president talks about the kid gloves approach to arresting unsafe criminals. "Not the officers. You do something wrong, you're in more jeopardy than they are", he added.

Law and order speeches aren't very popular with the left, as you can imagine.

America is caught in an epidemic of police violence, and law enforcement must be reformed if it is to be stopped.

"Yes, MS-13 is a blight, as gangs are anywhere", Raj said.

The remarks drew applause from the cadets, but Suffolk County police officials were not happy with Trump's instructions.

US President Donald Trump has said that police force should be tougher on undocumented immigrants who are arrested and taken into custody، according to "Press TV". He proudly referred to his comments made on the day he announced his presidential run, when he called immigrants from Mexico drug dealers and rapists - in a sense, doubling down on the bigoted remarks that offended many Latinos.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions and Trump may not be getting along these days, but the two are on the same page when it comes to policing. "And we're backing you 100 percent".

Suffolk police suggested it would not be taking the president's advice. That was particularly galling considering the president spoke to an audience made up of officers from the Suffolk County Police Department, whose former chief was sentenced to prison for beating a suspect.

The deaths began to get attention after best friends Nisa Mickens, 15, and Kayla Cuevas, 16, both students at Brentwood High School, were beaten and hacked to death in September by a carload of gang members who spotted them walking down the street.

However, he singled out one Republican official - the only one of the many he recognized from the dais who was not actually in the room. "We can all respect our law enforcement officers without sanctioning unjust and illegal behavior".
