WCCF Tech reported the plot started with the Mushroom Kingdom has been torn apart by a mysterious vortex, transporting the chaotic Rabbids into this once peaceful land. Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle will take advantage of the ability of Nintendo Switch to be played anywhere, anytime and is fully functioning on the go for both solo and co-op players.

Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle is set for release on August 29th 2017.

People may have guessed that Mario was confused by their presence based on his reaction to their appearance in the reveal trailer, but Manzanares said he will get accustomed to their being in his world. Known as Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle, this is a turn-based combat game with two very unlikely groups of characters. They have been trying to time travel with no success. Thankfully, Mario comes up to help make things right. While playing through one of the areas, Manzanares spoke about how the Rabbids ended up in the Mushroom Kingdom. This is where the mustachioed Mario appears in order to stop the problem from getting worse. Utilizing combat tactics and the cover system, players will explore the four unique worlds with their team of heroes defeating foes, gathering collectibles and solving puzzles along their quest. There is an exploration part of the Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle that is similar to the standard 3D Mario game.
